What we collect, and what we never do with it.

Information you give us directly:

• Email address and first name — if you submit the form at the end of the plan builder to receive your shopping list. This is optional.
• City and state — entered during the plan builder to generate location-based pricing.
• Service selections — the services, add-ons, and equipment you select during the plan builder flow.

Information collected automatically:

• Page views and click events — anonymous and aggregated. Used to understand how people use Prella.
• Referral source — how you arrived at Prella. Used to understand what's working.
• Browser and device type — collected by our hosting infrastructure for debugging.

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you your personalized shopping list (if you provided your email)
• Send occasional follow-up emails with relevant guides — only if you opted in, always with an unsubscribe link
• Improve the plan builder and articles based on how people use them
• Debug issues and ensure the site works correctly

We do not use your information for advertising targeting on other platforms.

To be explicit:

• We never sell your data — to anyone, for any reason.
• We never share your email with third-party marketers.
• We never spam you — if you subscribed, you'll hear from us occasionally with genuinely useful content.

Prella uses a small set of third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — our database. Stores email addresses, session data, and plan builder selections securely in the US.
• Netlify — our hosting provider.
• Amazon Associates — product links may go to Amazon with our affiliate tag. Amazon has its own privacy practices.

We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any ad retargeting tools.

Prella uses minimal cookies — to maintain your session state during the plan builder flow and to remember your vertical preference (esthetician vs. lash artist). We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

If you provided your email, you may receive your personalized shopping list and occasional guides relevant to starting your beauty business. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list permanently.

If you want your data deleted entirely, email hi@prella.app and we'll remove it.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise any of these rights, email hi@prella.app. We'll respond within 5 business days.

Prella is designed for licensed beauty professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact hi@prella.app if you believe a child has provided us with personal information.

If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. We won't retroactively apply new practices to data we've already collected without giving you notice.
